Herbal medicine combines traditional knowledge with modern clinical research. Prescriptions are personalised to support hormonal regulation, digestion, skin health, immune function, and nervous system balance.
Formulas are dispensed as ethanol or glycerin-based liquid extracts or custom-blended topical creams, depending on clinical needs.

Naturopathy
Naturopathic consultations focus on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of ongoing health concerns. Appointments may include detailed case-taking, review of pathology and functional testing, nutritional and lifestyle guidance, and targeted supplementation or herbal medicine where appropriate. Care is designed to work alongside conventional medical care.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture uses fine, sterile needles to influence the nervous system, circulation, and inflammatory pathways, supporting the body’s ability to regulate pain, hormones, digestion, and stress responses. Treatments are tailored to your presentation and may be combined with techniques such as cupping or gua sha. Treatment is commonly used alongside naturopathic care or as a stand-alone treatment.

Microneedling
Microneedling is a clinical skin treatment that stimulates collagen production and repair through controlled micro-injuries. It supports concerns such as acne scarring, pigmentation, texture irregularities, and impaired skin barrier function.
Treatments focus on skin health, healing capacity, and long-term results, and may be supported by internal nutritional and herbal strategies where appropriate.
